Emerald Cage Rack Hoses for EM500 - Gray Connection
These hoses are used to connect Emerald Line Racks to Air Handling Units (AHU) and Racks to Racks when installed in a Standard Configuration. The Standard Configuration is when racks and AHU's are positioned close together and not mounted to the floor like the Library style Configuration. The connection kit uses gray silicon connectors for close connections between the racks and AHU's. These hoses are only compatible with Standard Configuration format racks.

Library Configuration - Green Magnetic Hoses
The Library Configuration mounts the air handler and the racks together on a stainless steel rail system so they can be moved together in high density applications. In this installation the Green Magnetic Connection Hoses are used to make short, fixed connections.
Standard Configuration - Gray Silicon Connections
The Standard Configuration uses short, gray, silicon hoses for connecting racks and air handling units. This method is used when the racks are installed close to the air handling units.
Extended Configuration - Clear Connections
The Extended Configuration uses clear hoses for connecting racks and air handling units. This method is used when the racks are installed away from the air handling unit or perpendicular to the air handling unit. Available in three sizes.
